Located on 30th Street in Philadelphia, PA, FMC tower at Cira South is the third and last addition to the Cira South development. The 830,000 SF mixed- use building is 650 feet tall and contains 49 stories, and contains the global headquarters of the chemical company FMC Corporation, hence the name. The building contains offices, 260 residential apartments, an amenity flow (spa, fitness center, entertainment room, and a conference center) and a ground floor with retail space and dining. The structure faces Penn Park to the south, but the views from the offices include the Schuylkill River and Center City, from the double height office lobby. The tower also features a parking garage that connects to Cira Green, a one-acre park on top of the parking garage. The park can be accessed using a glass elevator from the tower.
